Memocept Refund Policy
The Memocept refund window
Memocept is sold with a 60-day money-back guarantee running from the date of purchase, not the date of delivery. The manufacturer asks that the product be used for at least 30 days before a refund is requested, because the typical reported wait for any noticeable change is three to four weeks.
How to claim a Memocept refund
- Contact the order desk first, on +1 (507) 448-8190 (Mon–Fri 9:00am–6:00pm ET, Sat 10:00am–2:00pm ET) or at [email protected], so the return is expected.
- Pack all bottles from the order, including empty ones.
- Enclose a note with your full name, the email address used to order, and the order ID.
- Post the parcel to:

Memocept postage and costs
- Return postage is the buyer’s cost. We do not issue prepaid labels.
- Original shipping charges, where they were paid (the 2-bottle pack), are not refunded.
- The product price is refunded in full to the original payment method.
Memocept refund timing
Refunds are processed 3 to 5 business days after the returned bottles are received. The credit then typically takes a further 5 to 10 days to appear on the card, depending on your bank.
The Memocept digital bonuses
The bonus guides supplied with the 3 and 6-bottle packs are digital. There is nothing to return, and no value is deducted from a refund.
What the Memocept refund does not cover
- Claims made after day 60 from the purchase date.
- Bottles bought from a marketplace, a reseller or any channel other than this website. We cannot verify what was in them or how they were stored. See where to buy Memocept.
- Return postage, and original shipping where it was charged.
- Parcels that cannot be shown to have arrived. This is the most common reason a refund stalls — a tracked service prevents it.
Damaged or incorrect Memocept orders
If a bottle arrives broken, or with the safety seal under the cap already broken, photograph it before doing anything else and contact the order desk. That is handled as a replacement or refund outside the guarantee process and does not require you to have used the product.
Memocept side effects and refunds
The niacin flush and the beta-alanine tingle described on the how-to-use page are expected properties of the panel rather than faults, and they are not in themselves grounds for a damaged-goods claim. They are, of course, perfectly good reasons to use the 60-day guarantee if you do not want to live with them.
Your statutory rights alongside the Memocept policy
